Removal Corp will renovate and transform an existing three story, 36,000 square foot vacant building into a chain-flagged hotel. The plan includes construction of up to 60 guest rooms and other amenities valued by leisure and business travelers. The new hotel will contribute to the revitalization of the City’s downtown area.
