Open an upstate brewing facility to add to total capacity for the business. We would like to be near Rochester as that is a hub of our upstate clientele. We plan to brew, bottle, can, age, distribute and have an onsite tasting room. Project would start with a few thousand barrels of production, but has potential to grow to be our largest facility, where we would brew and distribute beer throughout the state. This facility would also operate as our largest laboratory with a full-time technician.
