Applicant would make its investment in two Phases. During Phase I applicant would make improvements to the Waterloo facility (new roof, renovating 26,596 sf of plant space, and adding a 3,750 sf storage cooler) at an estimated cost of $3,950,000.00 and applicant would also purchase and install new manufacturing equipment, packaging equipment, and racking at an estimated cost of $15,550.00 which will result in a state of the art dairy manufacturing facility capable of producing a high volume of paneer cheese and yogurt products. After completion of Phase I and the successful production of products using the equipment installed during Phase I additional equipment will be installed (Phase II). This will include an Ultra-High Temperature pasteurization system, a blow molding machine to make bottles, and packaging systems for the manufacturing and bottling of specialty milk drinks at a cost of $7,000,000.00.
