Leap's Red Hook on the Road program trains men and women for commercial driving careers. The four-week program prepares trainees to become "Class B/BPS" CDL drivers, operating commercial vehicles including school and coach buses, airport shuttles, Access-A-Ride vehicles and trucks. The course consists of industry-transferrable skills including behind the wheel instruction, driver safety, and map reading; as well as job readiness and soft skills.
