New construction of 64 affordable rental housing for individuals and families in the Town of Dunkirk (Chautauqua County). This project will be complemented by a job training program through a partnership with the Jamestown Community College Training Center. Upon completion, the project will provide seven units for persons with mobility impairments and three units for persons with hearing and/or vision impairments.
