Brewery Ommegang will upgrade their brewery destination experience in order to draw more visitors, from a broader area, and to better serve those visitors throughout the year. The expected outcome is to expand: 'shoulder season' capacity for beer tourism and special events, the ability to serve cafe guests, increased retail capabilities, geared towards beer tourism, as well as enhanced views of the beautiful Mohawk Valley region.
