As Phase I of a multi-phase project, North Street Brick Works, LLC will adaptively reuse a former industrial site to establish an entertainment and community market involving the redevelopment of several existing buildings for a ticket concierge office, construction of a permanent stage, new lighting and signage, sanitary facilities, back of house facilities and expansion of onsite parking at the waterfront in City of Kingston, Ulster county. This project will result in the creation of two Full-time Permanent jobs at the project location.
