The Town of Colchester will install an audible warning system, including sirens in four locations, to help warn visitors to the Delaware River and environs of flood conditions. In partnership with Delaware County, the Town will also develop an operation plan, train local officials and first responders in operation and management of the system, and will conduct a public outreach campaign on the system and its use as part of an emergency evacuation.
