Village of Sodus Point Local Waterfront Revitalization Program Amendment

The Village of Sodus Point will complete an amendment to its 2012 Local Waterfront Revitalization Program. The amendment will be developed through a community based planning process and will identify methods to address physical and economic risks and vulnerabilities associated with severe weather events. Zoning and other local land use regulations will also be updated to increase community resiliency and reduce flood and erosion impacts on residents and businesses.
