[div]Vance Metal Fabricators plans to purchase the facilities that we lease from our landlords in late 2018 or early 2019. In 2017, we signed an agreement that established a purchase price of $1,500,000 for the four buildings, which includes 70,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space as well as 11 acres of undeveloped land in the Town of Geneva. Per our lease agreement and contract with the property owners, we plan to execute our option to acquire these facilities.[br /][br /]We plan to make a signifcant investment in new machinery which will allow us to compete more effectively, nationally and globally. [br /][br /][/div] [br /][br /] [div]The purchase of the property will allow us to retain 70 jobs and potentially add other high quality, well-paying jobs in the Town of Geneva and Ontario County. The acquisition of the property will give us greater flexibility and security as we try to manage our business, now and in the future. Any URI or FLREDC funds received will help to defray costs associated with this acquisition as well as allowing us to expand our operations to better serve our customer base, and in-turn securing the long-term success of our business![br /][br /][/div] [br /][br /] [div] [/div]
