East 144th Street Affordable Housing

New construction of 60 units of affordable housing in the South Bronx, including 42 units for persons with special needs who will be assisted under the NY/NYIII agreement. Upon completion, the project will provide six units for persons with mobility impairments and three units for persons with hearing and/or vision impairments. The project will include 24 hour security, a computer/study room, a large community room and a lounge area for young adults.
