Construction of a two story 52,628 SF building at Arnot Park to house Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), a four-year medical training facility in Elmira at the vacant Arnot Park. LECOM will accommodate 120 students annually growing to 480 after 4 years. The project also includes the demoliton of 6 to 8 homes adjacent to the proposed facility for the construction of parking lot to accommodate 400 vehicles.
