Our exansion will restore the use of an empty warehouse that sits hidden in the middle of our town. Over 100 years ago it was the end of the railroad line and a vibrant business which first shipped and received produce. It seems fitting to restore such as asset to a productive and profitable business once again. [br /][br /]The project involves a 27,000 sq ft facility located at 33 Lyons St., Naples, NY 14512. Rehabilitation efforts will replace all plumbing and electrical bringing both to national code standards. The town of Naples is bringing sewer and water treatment facilities on line later in the year and we will be able to tie into this system. Proper insulation and heating will be installed. At the completion of this phase the building would be built out and utilized as a manufacturing facility producing several brands of personal care items including fine soaps, shampoos, skin care and bath related items.
