Job Creation - As outlined in the "Statement of Need" section above, Catalant Technologies is looking to open a second office that will employ full time software engineers. Our plan includes leasing designated office space that can comfortably accommodate an engineering team of 25 personnel by December 2019, and the ability to double that number by the end of 2020. Our initial plan is to hire five engineers, starting with an engineering manager and four junior engineers. Engineers will be responsible for contributing code to build new products and features, in addition to enhancing current product features for our platform (app.gocatalant.com). Depending on the office space that we lease, we may require build out so that eh office is branded similarly to our headquarters.
