The Birches at Fishkill

New construction of 72 units of affordable housing for seniors in the Town of Fishkill (Dutchess County). The project has been designed to meet the Green Building and Energy Efficiency Initiatives. Upon completion, the project will provide eight units for persons with mobility impairments and four units for persons with hearing and/or vision impairments. The project will include a large community room, a computer room, exercise room, rooms to allow for the administration of support services.
