The Neighborhood Road Corridor in Mastic Beach is an area that faces unique challenges such as a lack of wastewater treatment, blighted properties, parcels which do not meet the minimum lot requirements under the zoning, haphazard development, and a general lack of investment. Project will include allowing the Town to retain consultants to complete a wastewater treatment feasibility study and prepare a Generic Environmental Impact Statement required to adopt new zoning.
