Regent Tek Industries is an advanced thermoplastic road marking manufacturer located in Shirley, NY. We are the only northeast manufacturer in the US. Our business is rapidly expanding due to our close proximity to high volume urban centers and our use of innovative thermoplastic formulas developed in Europe and specially formulated for northern climates creating products that are superior in quality, consistency, and reliability. To meet expected product demand, we plan to invest $681,000 in machinery, furniture/fixtures, and facility renovation. The major capital investments will be to purchase a Vertical Form Fill Seal System and a Robotic Bag Palletizing System. To increase productivity, we plan to hire 5 new employees, bringing our total employment to 19 full-time employees. We are currently putting orders from new markets on hold due to lack of capacity to meet the high demand for our superior product. This project will allow us to supply these new markets and expand supply for our current markets
