GSE Dynamics is a full-service engineering ; manufacturing company engaged in the manufacture, assembly ; testing of military mechanical ; structural components ; assemblies. We are planning a $1.65M investment in machinery, equipment ; renovations. We need to add machinery ; make upgrades that will align our capabilities to the changing defense market in composites, CNC machining ; assembly. We would like to invest in a Thermwood 5-axis CNC router, composite/graphite 3D printer, laser printer, ultrasonic inspection equipment, ; upgrade a number of machines ; systems in our facility. Renovations needed include constructing a mezzanine to create more manufacturing space, upgrading our HVAC system, creating a heavy truck asphalt loading area, upgrading our electric/transformers ; renovating our offices ; warehouse. This investment significantly increases our capabilities to meet the increasing demands of the U.S. military and allow us to diversify our product line. We are a significant supplier to Northrop Grumman for composite parts for the next generation bomber, the STS 12 (B21). New York State support for this investment will help us retain 70 employees ; add 5 new jobs
