The Village of Rouses Point will develop a Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan. A survey of village residents prioritized three categories which the plan will focus on: (1) enhancing the Village’s waterfront with more access points, recreational amenities, and businesses; (2) supporting downtown revitalization along Lake Street; and (3) protecting the Village’s unique character as a residential, waterfront community.
