Feasibility Study for the Reuse and Revitalization of the Riverfront Garage and Surrounding Areas
In conjunction with the City of Albany and downtown stakeholders, the Albany Parking Authority will conduct a market feasibility study on a mixed-use parking facility that includes commercial and/or residential waterfront facing spaces and is integrated with Kiernan Plaza. The new facility will support local businesses, tourism, support utilization of Kiernan Plaza, promote and improve recreational activities for residents and enhance the gateway to the Albany Waterfront
