Fee Brothers Expansion: New Construction Headquarters and Manufacturing Plant with 20+ New Jobs
Fee Brothers, one of Rochester’s oldest family-owned businesses, has gone through several iterations since its inception in 1864 from a grocery and liquor store to a wine making operation, to liquor and wine distribution, and finally to bitters, syrups, and concentrates during prohibition. Fee Brother’s products are known and distributed throughout the world and are all manufactured locally in Rochester, New York at their Portland Avenue Facility. Fee Brother’s desire is to consolidate all operations within the City of Rochester, while planning growth and expansion of the business at an individual location. Fee Brothers plans are to acquire 12.5 acres of land from Eastman Business Park, close to the corner of Dewey and Ridge Road for the creation of approximately 85,000 square feet facility that will be the basis of their expansion and provide the opportunity for future expansion for years to come. The facility will include a consolidation and expansion of their warehousing operations, an increase to their production space to accommodate core product growth, an expansion of their office and food science facility, and finally a museum and customer experience space.
