Applied Medical Coatings Machinery and Equipment and QA Software Investment

This project supports Metal Cladding’s acquisition and investment in the necessary capital equipment capable of providing plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) coatings.  The equipment is to be installed in our current facility located in Niagara County, Lockport, NY. The new equipment gives us the capability to apply a nano-coating to customer parts thus advancing our position in the medical industry as a recognized leader of innovative nano-coating technology.  The multi-functional capabilities of the equipment will allow for further research & development, applied innovation, advancement into new markets and expand upon our current customer base. The expected outcome is to add new revenue streams, increase profitability, reduce our environmental footprint, provide reinvestment & expansion in acquiring additional equipment and create new jobs by adding qualified tech operators and support personnel.
