A Conditions Assessment and Historical Architectural Plan will be completed for the Endicott Visitor?s Center and Community Meeting Hall, a mansion once popularly referred to as ?Old Colonial Hall,? with priority given to improving the building?s energy efficiency with the restoration of second and third floor windows. Additional planning will focus on increasing programming, involving moving offices to the building?s third floor to allow for expanded exhibit space on the second floor.
