New construction of 25 single- family infill rental houses within a 1/4 mile radius in northeast Rochester. All homes will be for large familes, and will contain either three or four bedrooms. The project has been designed to meet the Green Building and Energy Efficiency Initiatives. Upon completion, the project will provide three units for persons with mobility impairments and two units for persons with hearing and/or vision impairments.
