Comprehensive Plan Update

Southern Tier Central Planning (STC) will work with Schuyler County to update its Comprehensive Plan with energy efficiency-related goals, objectives and strategies. Using this updated Plan, a "Guide to Environmental Planning in Schuyler County" will be created including model Comprehensive Plan amendments, zoning regulations and energy-related laws. Once completed, STC will work with municipalities to use the guides and update their regulations.
