The Village of Watkins Glen will conduct preliminary planning for the purposes for restoring and expanding marina capacity behind the middle breakwater at the south end of Seneca Lake. This project is part of the larger “Project Seneca�, an effort to create and expand public access to Seneca Lake by removing and relocating the wastewater treatment facility, and increase economic development opportunities through increased tourism and a proposed mixed use development.
