The Town of Prattsville will advance a multi-component project identified in the Town’s Community Reconstruction plan to restore and revitalize the Route 23 (Main Street) streetscape which was devastated by the flooding from Hurricane Irene, including Phase II of the streetscape enhancement project; feasibility analysis and preliminary design for a new community center; and design and construction of a new waterfront trail.
