Dealertrack LG Ribbon Cutting
Dealertrack Technologies is a leading provider of integrated auto dealership technologies had outgrown their cramped facility in Lake Success. So they began discussions with Empire State Development in 2013 and applied for New York State incentives through the Consolidated Funding Application Process. They were awarded up to $12 million in performance-based tax credits and grant funding. These funds assisted Dealertrack in the creation of their new four-floor, 230,000-square-foot headquarter facility in North Hills where they now have plenty of room for their existing workforce of over 500 and have committed to create 357 new jobs over the next 10 years.
