The Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Development Council is the strategic economic advisory board representing the seven counties (Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester) that border NYC as well as major Northeast markets.
Mid-Hudson Momentum Fund - Now Open!
The $150 million Mid-Hudson Momentum Fund (MHMF) program will invest in mixed-use housing, transit-oriented development ("TOD"), and infrastructure projects that have lasting impacts in the Mid-Hudson Region and are consistent with the strategic goals and priorities of the Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Council's (MHREDC) strategic plan.

Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) Round XIII Now Open!
Governor Hochul announced the launch of Round XIII of the Regional Economic Development Council Initiative. Round XIII includes core capital grant and tax-credit funding combined with a wide range of programs from 10 State agencies. See press release.
