The Mid-Hudson Regional Economic Development Council is the strategic economic advisory board representing the seven counties (Dutchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster and Westchester) that border NYC as well as major Northeast markets.
Now Open! 2025 REDC Initiative
Governor Hochul announced the 2025 Regional Economic Development Initiative. Up to $60 million in Regional Council Capital Funds will be made available in the 2025 Consolidated Funding Application (CFA) to facilitate projects that advance each region’s strategic plan and state priorities.
The CFA portal is now open for the 2025 programs. See available resources below.
For programs subject to the deadline, applications must be submitted by Thursday, July 31 at 4 p.m.
Open enrollment programs are not subject to the July 31 deadline and will continue to accept applications on an ongoing basis until funds are exhausted.

Project Tracking Dashboard
The Project Tracking Dashboard provides information on previously funded CFA Projects. This interactive tool allows for summarization and analysis of all project data. It contains four tabs: Top Level Stats, Investments & Jobs, a Map, and an Appendix. For more information on how to use and interpret the dashboard, please see the Dashboard Guidance Document.
